Welcome to my blog!
I'm *Samantha - a 30-yr old from Boston who is working on leading a healthy and happy life while losing weight. At my heaviest I was 424 pounds (Jan 2010). I am currently right around 310. I have tried a million weight-loss plans (including 90 go rounds with WW) until finally realizing the best plan for me was counting calories, recording and tracking everything I eat (on MyFitnessPal) and finding an exercise program I love. Barre n9ne has fulfilled that need and has given me more than I ever expected from a workout!

You DO need to breathe. AND disconnect. That IS breathing. Do yourself a favor and try to do that at least 15 mins before you go to bed and I bet it will help you sleep. Hang in there!!
